SalesUp is owned and operated by Novel Cloud Systems, a company incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with operations in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Novel Cloud Systems acts as the data controller of personal data processed through SalesUp.

• Account information: full name, username, email address, phone number, password, and account type (individual or corporate).
• Profile information: company name, commercial registration number (CRN), VAT number, business activity, business category, tags/specialities, job-seeking status, experience, certificates, awards, photo, and location (country, city, address).
• Usage data: posts, comments, messages, attachments, and interactions within the Radar and Stream features.
• Device and technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and log data collected automatically to keep the platform secure and reliable.
• Communications: messages you send us through the Contact Us form or support channels.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your SalesUp account and verify your identity (including email OTP verification).
• To connect businesses and individuals, enable the Radar matching feature, and power the Stream social feed.
• To send essential account notifications, security alerts, and respond to support requests.
• To improve, secure, and maintain the performance of the platform, and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other applicable jurisdictions.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Other SalesUp users, as necessary for the core networking/matching purpose of the platform (e.g., public profile, posts, and business details you choose to display).
• Trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Novel Cloud Systems and our users.
